Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

To request a return, please email us at thekyralabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
